Hi,
I thought I would answer the question you posed in your comment on my blog. My PT didn’t have me do any special exercises for my riding pertaining to my knee. Just did everything to make sure there was lots of flexibly. My doctor also said there was no reason that I couldn’t ride. The only thing that he said was a no-no was running or jogging, and since there was no chance of that being a problem I was home safe. Of course, I figure if I fall off I could damage it but I could do that to my other good knee too. Hope your friend decides to try another doctor and see what he says. I’m sure there’s no reason she couldn’t ride again. Good luck to her.
